Returns / Cancellation Policy


Cancel transaction:

Our products at Online Shop are pre-order, it means we do not keep stock and manufacture item every time we receive the order for it.
That's why you have only 24h from placing the order or till status of your order will change to 'Processed' (means an item is in manufacturing process already) to cancel your order.
Later on, it will be treated as you changed your mind (see below) and all charges apply.

 



Change your mind:

You can return the item purchased at our online shop with 14 days.
You will be refunded with up to 3 working days since item comes back to Us. 
We do not refund shipping costs and put 30% (re)stocking fee.

Item returned must be:

  • with no signs of fitting
  • no signs of usage
  • with genuine packing (if possible)

All items received will be examined.
*** 'Cange your mind' policy does NOT apply to custom orders / custom made products.




Received wrong item or it's damaged:

All items must be checked by buyer at delivery and then 'signed for'.
If it's not ordered one, or damaged, do not take it and it'll come back to us and we'll send you right one.

However if you see something's wrong later on and up to 14 days from delivery - due to the heavy weight we arrange collection or tell you how to send it back and supply you with correct, nonfaulty item.
